Dan Borok has more than 10 years of experience as a venture capital investor and as a corporate finance professional. At Millennium, Dan focuses on information technology investments with a specific interest in the Internet, digital media, and software sectors.

Prior to joining Millennium, Dan was one of Google’s early employees in its New York City office, serving as a Business Analyst in the sales finance group. While at Google, he was part of the core team responsible for implementing a financial reporting and revenue projection infrastructure as well as supporting new product initiatives. Prior to Google, Dan worked in the media division at DoubleClick, a leading provider of digital advertising technology and services. At DoubleClick he functioned as an internal consultant for the DoubleClick Advertising Network, focusing on business development and sales partnerships. He began his professional career in the digital advertising group at J. Walter Thompson in New York.

Dan received a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School with Dean’s List honors and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Vermont. He is a founding steering committee member of the New York City Venture Connection (NYCVC), the premier organization for young venture professionals in New York.
