Tom Todaro is CEO of Targeted Growth, Inc., a Seattle-based crop biotechnology company he co-founded in 1999. The company is focused on developing products with enhanced yield and improved quality for the agriculture and energy industries. Tom is the former General Manager of Alamar Farms Ltd., a Canadian dairy processor located in Vancouver, B.C., and is a member of the Board of Directors of BonLac Dairies in Panama City, Panama. Tom served as Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at PayPal, where he was responsible for all aspects of M&A, both national and international. He was involved in raising over $200 million in equity capital and the IPO of PayPal at a $1.2 billion valuation in 2002. Tom was also co-founder and principal of Venture Asset Partners, where he managed the restructuring and asset sales of Exodus Communications after its bankruptcy, including the sale and reorganization of the firm’s $200 million private equity portfolio. Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Colorado College and a Master’s in Economics from Stanford University.
