Millennium Technology Value Partners II, L.P. represents the largest pool of institutional capital in today's market devoted to sponsoring alternative liquidity programs and making direct secondary investments in the world's leading private technology companies. Through more than 300 transactions over the last decade, the Millennium team has developed unique expertise on the needs and requirements of venture-backed companies, their boards, founders, investors, and executives. Across the Millennium fund family, the firm now manages approximately $600 million of capital for liquidity investments and programs, as well as other growth stage investment formats.

The Millennium team has the skills and experience to support and add value to our portfolio companies. In addition to our deep experiences in virtually every type and stage of venture capital, growth equity, and private equity investment, from startup to public company, many members of the team have their own entrepreneurial and operating experiences. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we have founded, grown and successfully exited more than ten technology companies. Prior to Millennium, as investors and advisors at firms including The Blackstone Group, Venrock, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, and other private equity organizations, we have collectively, throughout our careers, completed over 100 transactions involving more than $50 billion of capital.

We have also advised the senior management of leading global companies such as Sun Microsystems, Sony, Microsoft, and Toyota, and authored bestselling books on technology trends and global economic issues, including the future of China, Japan and the European Union, the birth of the Internet and the digital media revolution.
