companies. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we have founded, grown and exited from
more than ten successful technology companies. As investors and advisors at firms
including The Blackstone Group, Citigroup, Veronis Suhler Stevenson, Mellon Ventures,
Venrock, and other private equity organizations we have collectively throughout
our careers completed over 100 transactions involving more than $50 billion of
capital.
