Dov Pharmaceutical, Inc. (NASDAQ: DOVP) is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, in-licensing, development, and commercialization of novel drug. Millennium invested in Dov prior to its 2002 IPO and exited in 2004.

First Virtual Communications was acquired by RADVISION (TLV: RVSN) in 2005 through a bankruptcy and restructuring process led by Millennium. The company created leading software products that enabled interactive voice, video, and data collaboration over IP-based networks.
