Comet was a software developer that provided consumers with desktop and email related products to enhance the web-browsing experience for users. Comet was acquired by Miva Inc., (NASDAQ: MIVA) in 2004 and Millennium has exited from this investment.

First Virtual Communications was acquired by RADVISION (TLV: RVSN) in 2005 through a bankruptcy and restructuring process led by Millennium. The company created leading software products that enabled interactive voice, video, and data collaboration over IP-based networks.

Indus International, Inc. was acquired by MDSI Mobile Data Solutions in 2007. Indus International offered one of the most diverse and functionally rich portfolios of solutions to help businesses increase operational efficiency, minimize costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve profitability.

OpenPeak Inc. creates, designs, and develops innovative communication systems and devices that enable simple user control of VoIP telephony, digital media, Internet content, messaging applications, and consumer electronics.

Requisite Technology, Inc was a provider of Spend Data Visibility technology that enabled Spend Management and Master Data Management. The company's technology and services helped global manufacturing firms organize purchasing data. Requisite was acquired by Click Commerce in 2005, which was subsequently acquired by Illinois Tool Works, (NYSE:ITW) in 2006.

Tellme Networks, Inc. is a leader in "voice search", bringing to the telephone network many of the same ideas and breakthroughs that made the Internet searchable and customizable. Tellme improves how people and businesses use the telephone through a sophisticated speech interface. Tellme was acquired by Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) in 2007.
